Of course, the components are subjective and protect the worm. In this simple part, we talk about what we know, use and trust in analog. It's a short list, but it turns out that works well. It is important to talk to your bike maker (hey, that must be us!) Before you do anything. For example, specific driving styles, tires, and driving position may require alternatives to what is offered here. Don't just look at this list and say, "I know everything. Analog knows. I'm going to make a wheel and put a wheel on it and it'll be perfect!" Maybe, but let's do it first!
Tires: Make sure you have tire that does not have tubes. Different manufacturers have different names for this, but they all mean the same thing. Tubeless compatibility, Easi Tubeless Easi (2bliss EZ, obvs) and more. If the tire is not stainless, that doesn't mean it won't work, but it probably won't work. Finished tubeless tires usually have smaller tires that allow them to get closer to the edges. In addition, the inner tire is made of rubber that can withstand the chemicals contained in the seal. Some mismatched tires will break, but it is often painful to turn around and success is not guaranteed. There are now many well-worn tires that have little reason to risk incompatible tires. We are there to do it (and usually not) so there is no need.
Gravel, Touring Road & Utility Tires: Starting in 2019, we recommend the Panaracer Pavement (SL, if there is a gun, it will be much dirtier than the floor). We are also a fan of VTB Horizon and Bivai 650b tires as well as 700cc wheels. These tires provide a combination of excellent driving quality, light weight, decent fit and durability. Is there any flexible tire there? Yes, but for driving we want more protection from the cut. If you use tireless tires, you can use less pressure, which results in better tire performance.
Ride your bike on a combination of wet trails, lanes and lanes: look no further than the VTB Rangers with light and flexible connections. They dress fast, but the traction is great and the performance is strong in all situations.
Check out the 27.5 x 2.8 Schvalbe G One tires for gravel or wheels on the wingless package. Fast rolling, good movement, great for anyone except mountain biking or loose sand / sand.
Wing Ring Package: Schvalbe G One Tires, 27.5k2.35. Quickly rolling tricky monsters get along sidewalks and dry dirt roads
Discs: Disks used for tubeless devices must be free of tubes. Sometimes you can turn an old disk into a worthless thing, but it is rarely. Spend several hours figuring out how many strips you can use, but making the end result less useful. Our favorite bikes combine the strength, functionality, durability, comfort of the wheels, and of course they should be clear. The wheels intended for the wheels must have brake parts and these wheels must be high enough to allow for a slight inclination in the brake alignment. What motivates. You don't want the brakes to be wrong when it comes to aligning the brake pads. This is a good way to dip the board into a spokesperson or rubber. See you, it's not fun.
A well-ventilated duct must also be easily removeable when needed. This warning will remove some good chunks from the drive. VTB is great for straight pipes, but it's scary if you need (or want to) install a pipe. The hollow bed is designed to tighten the tube and / or break the steering wheel if there is a hose (as we know from bad past experiences).
Drivers also have the ability to capture strength and maintain confidence. That means they must be wide and tall. The nipple bed should be strong enough to withstand the high stress of the spokesperson. Many popular rockers have low stress tips, while others with high stress levels really can't handle high stress without being fixed on the edges. This is problematic because high stress on the speaker is the best way to build a solid, durable wheel.
Finally, a good way to determine if a loophole is under construction waste-money is a bad estimate for maximum pressure. If the Rim pressure is less than 60 psi then the gun should be flexible, the egg hoops are moist. Some discs don't have a pressure list, but that doesn't mean they don't have a secret. The industry doesn't want advertising, which is probably a bad sign. When you inflate some tire brands, even with a low PSI, the tires will awaken on the edge, accompanied by a slight rain of gas that leaves them dry, your ears ringing and your heart shaking.
Our billing recommendations take all of this into consideration. The wheels on our list are not the lightest or fastest, but we think they are best for the kind of bikes we want to make.
Recommended wheels for road brakes and gravel: Pacenti Brevet 650b wheels if you insist on the classic side of the box. They are not the loudest and strongest, but they look good and turn into memories. We recommend using two layers of analog tape. They have good brake distance. Sufficient enough for riders up to 190 pounds with no charge or up to 150 and overnight loads. The Velocite Kuill disc is one of our favorite lightweight disc brakes. Taller and longer than the edge of the Pacenti. People who have a kangaroo will give the right grip if you step off the box. One layer of tape is all you need. Polishing terminations are accurate but expensive. Not Recommended: Popular Belgian HED discs. Brake lanes are scarce, and even a perfectly positioned brake pad can hang on the bottom of the brakes. There is no Bo.
Drive for gravel, gravel, road: Our main recommendation is a cruising speed of up to 190 pounds. It is lightweight, polished and well built. No problem swallowing the tube. One layer of tape is all you need. If you are a bigger rider and your bike can ride on the big leash (and tires at least 38mm), get a pair of 35V vinyls or a compact one. It weighs about 60 grams, is heavier and taller than a kangaroo. If you have less space, grab an untreated Vedcliffer wheels or 28 race sprints. Fast drives are much more powerful, so if you want to travel, work with an extra 100 grams per wheel and carry them.
Bicycles with disc brakes for traveling or mountain biking: The only option is a quick cliff with a few lanes. They are suitable for any car and the profile is large enough for up to 2.5 ”of tires.
Mountain disc / disc tour: These are some great options, so we're going to break it down to the right tire width and driver weight:
100-150 Tires 48mm 2.8 ”/ Spank Spike 33 Race If You Are A Little And Don't Ride Too Often. They are as light as you can be and still have a solid tire or wheels. Spank Oozi Trail 345 and Velociti Blunt 35 are similar trailers. They are heavier and heavier than the Spike Racing 33, and if you are a stronger rider, find one.
Tires 150 lb-250 lbs, 48m. Measures to 2.8 inches / Sp gear Ozzy, Street 345, or 35-gallon tires for most riders. If you need or want a wide frame, the Sporty Oz55 + is good for 2.6-2.8 tires and slightly longer. One layer of tape for these floors is excellent.
100-150 pound tires, 3 "-3.8" tires / Spank Oozi 395+ or slightly heavier, slightly faster, twin wheels are best. If you are at this weight, we recommend narrow tires (maximum 2.8 inches) unless you have a reason to expand. That is, if you are riding in deep snow, that is that kind of thing. The 2.8-inch tires are wide enough for mountain bikes. They do well, brake + accelerate better and weigh less than big tires.
Wheels 150-250, 3 "3.5" wheels / 2 wheel speed. Bees over the border. If you need a wide rim or tire, get rid of the greasy wheel edges.
Stamp: We tried a lot of different stamps, including big brands. For ease of use and plugging in the holes, we believe the orange seals are the best seal. It took about six months for the tire to fill up easily, and it had small, shiny pieces that helped push the ball through. Other smoothing forms the shoreline when the seal is sealed in the hole. Works fine for spreading things like that. Large openings can be used with tubular plugs. If you turn the tube without a pipe, get the largest bottle and the 8-ounce applicator. You can reuse / refill in an 8 oz bottle in a large container.
Non-duct tape: There are many pipes without pipes. Most are failures. The yellow ribbon sold by many manufacturers is the worst in the package. It is difficult to stretch, prone to cracking, easy to trap and, at worst, not sticky.
There are other things, like the orange belt, which is great for stretching and sticking, but too thin so you roll a roll to the wheel. We are looking for and find affordable ribbons that cover all of our brands: sleek, easy-to-wear, and good looking (well, it's on the list but looks good on tape), sticky, and a little thicker. . We tried to pour dozens of newspapers before settling on our current newspaper. We leave it as 1, "" and "3". You can adjust the width by folding the bar. That is, if you have a 35mm hoop width, you can squeeze in a little 1 inch of wire and get the perfect cable width. Wrap one side, cut the ribbon and the other side.
Valves: Most valves without tubing do not work properly. Most of us like simple things. Good screwdrivers, main brass valves, and VTB make thin aluminum valves. I'm not saying the alloys work well and I don't mind being a bit lighter. I will keep dubious requests for a fourth. You should get alloy wheels if you want different colors of silver. Black, green. Etc.
Now that you have figured out the tires, belts, seals and valves you want to operate, you are not ready to finish your new wheels without tubes.
You will also need to remove the shift nipple speaker (if creating the disc) as well as the rear end of the drive (housing and grid). There is a sea of options, and you're lucky that James has been navigating the water for the last 20 years. Drop us a line to fix these finish options and get the wheels right, solid, and sturdy!
